Gauges
Precoil range of thread gauges for checking the tapped hole. Accuracy of the finished thread, when the insert is inserted is dependent upon the accuracy of the Tapped hole. If the finished tapped hole gauges satisfactory, the installed insert will be within the thread tolerance. It is therefore not necessary to check the Gauge of the installed insert. After installing the Insert,
the GO thread plug gauge may not enter freely; however the insert will seat itself only after the bolt of the screw inserted and tightened.
